Nika Ham (1991) holds BA and MA in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design. In the school year 2013/2014, she studied at Winchester School of Art, Great Britain. During her regular studies, she participated in various projects supported by the City Municipality of Ljubljana and exhibited at several group and solo exhibitions. Since 2016 she has been working in Vienna for the LET'S CEE Film Festival as head of the graphic department. She participates in the realization of the exhibition program for the art group Laibach and also takes care of their artistic production. She is currently employed at the Moderna galerija, where she also participates in the preparation and implementation of the exhibition program, does technical work (video, sound system ...), performs the pedagogical program, etc. In recent years, she began to focus on video and digital art, the necessary dimension in the presentation of current social and political conditions, and often uses herself as a performative object of expression. She also focused her interest in theatre and club scene in Ljubljana, where she creates video projections, graphic design and decoration.
