Minifestival The Noise is Us which happened in two consecutive years 2014 and 2015, was production-oriented. Our point of thinking was based on the critique of festivals of newmedia and intermedia arts, which include mostly presentations of existing works and on the audience's side - merely the consumption of events. The first part of the festival - the preparation of the system and sound and light sources took place the first week. The second week was a week of intense public events. Performed in stages, it has created an ever more consistent ambient, performative and concert experience in which the content, space and tools, images and sounds, relationships and processes were made into ever-new expressions.

The festival was the continuation and upgrade of the multiannual project Cirkulacija 2: Total art platform. The experiences have already been concentrated in the international mini-festival Sound of Organism - Organism of Sound, which took place in ​​Aksioma in Ljubljana in 2013.

"In this project, we tried to connect and upgrade all the basic principles, which we have developed, tested and implemented in recent years: transdisciplinarity; processability; internal and public production of tools (devices and instruments) and on-site content; use of our own technological infrastructure (devices, programs and instruments that are not purchased but are made independently or as part of collaborative development), exchange of knowledge and ideas, cooperation and co-creation, co-authorship, self-organization and modularity in the preparation of events, cooperation with various authors - not only artists, by way of how activities are put to practice (and not just by the topic titles) - to realize a socially and politically active attitude towards world, in short: the development of practice and the discourse of "the most modern contemporary art", called live art. "
