Borut Savski - Sonic Point of View (00:08:46)
Production: 2002
Sonic Point of View is an event in-between a concert and performance where, through the interaction of sound and visual, the metaphors of universal opposites of the sky and the earth are created. For this occasion, the author made a mixing board that, due to its random functioning, prevents the virtuosic action, and thus it makes possible for anyone be a virtuoso. (DIVA)

Martina Bastarda, Mateja Ocepek, Nataša Skušek - Pissing (0:04:28)
Production: 2002
Video work by three artists establishes a feministic social critique with an act of urinating in public. The authors in elegant costumes are placed into an idyllic snowy landscape. They take down their tights, lift their skirts and start urinating in a pose completely acceptable for a male. Seemingly vulgar scene deals with fixated roles, which are naturalized and as such attributed to sexes. (DIVA)

The video humorously plays with the concept of voyeurism. Observation of a sleeping woman takes the cameraman and consequently the viewer, who takes a part of a voyeur together with the first, into the opposite direction. At first they both witness a naked female figure, who completely covers herself by adding more and more layers of clothing.

The secret letter is written on the magnetic tape of a video cassette. An unimportant video of several people typing a letter on a computer has the real letter hidden on its tape. The letter was erased in editing in order to get a somewhat acceptable quality of the recording. What is left is a distortion of the tape created by writing over the letters with a magnetic needle.

Boštjan Kavčič - Obleka in stroj / Dress and Machine (0:02:08)
Production: 2002
Video performance unites two seemingly contradictory social environments. Inside a dirty, dark factory hall a huge machine swirls an evening gown to a tact of a Viennese waltz. Later a performer dances with the dress. With his performance the author brings poetics, the cultural and the fragile usually unattainable to the working class inside a factory, a symbol presenting the latter and in doing so, he is playing with the idea of fixed meanings.

Manipulated scenes of off-piste skiing shot from the skier's perspective. Image is skewed and completely schematized. The thing that's important is the act not the surroundings.
