The work is a composit of two videos played on a two-channel projection. Both show aerial imagery of Ljubljana. The left camera travels above the actual city and the right one above the bronze model of the city. Video was made for an exhibition "Manifesta 3: Borderline Syndrom: Energies of Defense". Sequence of a looped video is 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Video work shows a footage of over four hour long constant changing of 150 television channels over Astra satellite. Video has been recorded without a video camera directly from television onto a VHS cassette with a VHS recorder. The duration of the video is determined by the length of the VHS tape. Video was shot on 5th July, 1999 between 5:23 pm and 9:27 pm in Düsseldorf.

Video is a collage of voyeuristic recordings of people in public space in the main square of Ljubljana. Authors make statements about people caught on camera based on their own impressions. Screen is divided into four parts, where we can see the presumptions of the three authors, and in one of the small screens we see the facts collected after an informative conversation with the person under surveillance. Authors question human perception influenced by physical appearance and about voyeurism.
