Metka Zupanič - And Here We Are (00:01:33)
Production: M.Z., 2016
The video shows a pendulum used in hypnosis, whereas a closer look reveals that the pendulum is in fact a cartridge. A low male voice takes the viewer to a state of mind that would enable him to erase all thoughts referring to military and hatred from his memory. Video is part of the art project And Here We Are which tackle the issue of military defence/surveillance of an individual and the influences of military structures on people's everyday lives. Đejmi Hadrović - All About the Veil (00:01:57)
Production: Đ.H., 2016
Art students were asked questions while their body language was observed. Main purpose of the idea was to flm an experimental interview about the object called veil. They had to wear it in order to explain how it feels like. My personal aim of this art project was to deconstruct the semantics of veil itself and give it a new meaning. I have chosen art students because they are a specifc social group, which is well known for “looking outside of the box”. It turned out, that no matt...

Production: KulturKontakt Austria, 2017
Video performance acts as a monologue confession of a woman in her early thirties and the obstacles she is dealing with. Content deals with issues such as gender, identity, migration, and ethnicity. Autobiographical thoughts are exposed to the audience through the audio recording only, while the performer in the video is only partially visible. It gives a notion of a classical portrayal, with the mind being the main source of happening. The artist is addressing the audience the with world’s...

Lea Culetto - Reveal The Goddess In You (00:00:42)
Production: L.C., 2017
Video superimposes home footage of shaving in the bathroom with footage of shaving from commercials for cosmetic depilatory products. The third layer superimposes the text constructed of advertising slogans of cosmetic brands. The title of the work is taken from one of the slogans and ironically complements the visual contrast between reality and the idealized image of the female body. The video has no sound.

Kaja & Sava Kosmač - Nosferatu (00:02:35)
Production: Kaja Kosmač in Sava Kosmač, 2006
Homage to F. W. Murnau. With background Björk music, black and white and colour shots of urban venues and snow-covered forest landscapes are exchanged in predominantly night scenes. We monitor the cramped movement of an undefined person, which is enhanced by a dynamic camera. Rotating and dynamic scenes are interrupted by the close ups of images of face and eyes, as well as by red traces in the snow, which form an atmosphere of unreality and evoke the expressionist symphony of horror. Kaja & Sava Kosmač - To Paul & Friends (00:02:36)
Production: Kaja Kosmač in Sava Kosmač, 2009
With the background music by The Beatles, unclear slow-motion images are gradually identified as fragments of body and colourful clothing. When the yellow road line enters the game, the speed is accelerating and the image is approaching. The spotlight that accompanies the human figure isolates the image and places it in counterpoint with the richness of colour fragments, which creates a melancholic atmosphere. (Diva)
