Uršula Berlot - Bodyfraction (07:40)
Production: 2020
The video Bodyfraction parallels microscopic images of fragments of the artist’s body (tooth enamel, skin, nails, hair etc.) with recordings of drawings and light-sensitive objects created on their basis. Drawings were digitally processed towards simulating the chemical process called 'reaction diffusion' which models (mathematically or visually) the behaviour of two chemicals in a solution as they mix. Such animated drawings form fractal-like patterns and together with modified recordings of reflecti...

Uršula Berlot - Suspensions (07:03)
Production: Uršula Berlot, 2019
The video creates an entry into fictional reality, where objects are transformed into fleeting luminary apparitions – softened, multiplied, liquified forms levitating through warped or non-gravitational space. (Source: Uršula Berlot)

Uršula Berlot - Suspension (Circle-Square) (06:42)
Production: Uršula Berlot, 2019
Material objects (sculptures) are projected into virtual, fluid spatiality, appearing as dematerialised floating, kinetic light forms, freed of the constraints of time, mass, and gravity. (Source: Uršula Berlot)

Uršula Berlot - Liquid Solidity (05:06)
Production: Uršula Berlot, 2017
The round-shaped form in the process of constant transformation is based on the idea of simulating life at the molecular level. The structure which periodically resembles a virus structure, complex proteins or carbon fullerenes, is being decomposed, transformed and re-shaped in a string of regulatory processes. The fusion of elements according to the rule of shape and anti-shape (the key–lock principle), chain formation, deformation with multiplied symmetry, or a simulation of the Brownian motion crea...

Lealudvik - Fish Love (13:15)
Production: Lealudvik, 2019
The video is a single-channel version of a three-channel spatial installation at the Lealudvik: As it is, so be it exhibition at the Škuc Gallery in 2020. It consists of three scenes of a video performance in which the artists eats a cast of his/her partner's body. The side scenes, placed in a perspective, were placed on opposite walls in the gallery space. Each aimed at one protagonist. The frontal scene shows a top-down view of the castings of half of the two bodies, which together make up the...

Lealudvik - Safe Haven (02:30)
Production: Lealudvik, 2015
The video is part of the multimedia project Safe Haven, which Lealudvik exhibited as part of the Biennial of Independents and the Sonica Festival (MoTA point) at a solo exhibition in Bunker (Argentine Park, Ljubljana) in 2015. The project reflects their specific love relationship, which is a common feature of their joint artistic practice and draws from the imagery of extreme sexual practices and the film genre of slasher horror movies. The video shows the author, this time in the role of a dominatrix...

Lealudvik - Teufelskreis (02:25)
Production: Lealudvik, 2018
The video is an endless loop presenting a top-down view of an empty white surface, on which the naked protagonist crawls with obvious difficulty. Just before she disappears at the other end of the frame, a new instance appears, crawling to the other side with difficulty again. The overlap of the frames illustrates a vicious circle (Teufelskreis) from which there is no way out. (Source: DIVA Station) The video installation was part of the exhibition Lealudvik: As it is, so be it at Škuc Gallery in 2020.

Lealudvik - I would go poof! (02:04)
Production: Lealudvik, 2017
The two-channel video in the single-channel version shows two parallel images. The video on the left shows the protagonist walking from the city through the park into the woods. At the first trees she undresses and goes naked even deeper into the forest. The video is disrupted by digital glitches which causes the image of the body to disappear, merging with its surroundings. The right video in a short endless loop shows a naked female torso leaning, perhaps strapped, to a tree. Distinct breathing is noticea...
