Short film shows an atmosphere created amongst coincidental patients waiting to see their doctor on a Christmas Eve. Ordinary patients have to wait while the more important partners, celebrities and doctor's acquaintances enter cutting the line. Dissatisfaction in the waiting room heightens. The patients start talking about health, they share their defects, illnesses and psychological conditions, complain about the doctor and think about starting to see a different one. After a long wait the door of the office closes and the patients lash out on a young woman with a child, who was the last one to see the doctor. The film is a humorous critique of the American health system.
