DNLM - Longcut (02:19)
Production: DNLM, 2017
The video documents one of the performative actions through which so-called longcuts are created. Longcuts always begin and end at the same point as shortcuts, developing in between into independent, improvised paths. Logcuts are therefore a processual work, a kind of alternative to alternatives, which, like shortcuts, are created by repeatedly walking back and forth along a chosen path. The video is from 2016 and was recorded in Ljubljana. (Source: DNLM)

DNLM - Vouge (03:37)
Production: DNLM, 2023

With the help of rushing drivers, the street wear clothes were finished and ready for promotion. (Source: DNLM)

DNLM - Muddy Demonstrations (05:19)
Production: MGLC, 2023
The video documents the interpretation of a children's game. The artist recalls a childhood game when children, after rainy days, used soggy soil to play. Each child made a tool by peeling leaves from a bush branch and turning it into a flexible stick. Children then shaped the soil into balls with their hands and attached them to the top of the sticks. When they swung it, the ball flew off and stuck to the wall. They played until the wall was covered with hundreds of dots. More than two decades later, the a...

DNLM - Roundabout Park (07:45)
Production: DNLM, 2017
Roundabouts are interesting examples of public spaces that are inaccessible to us, even if they are not physically fenced off. Since they are located within the traffic infrastructure, the only way to reach roundabouts is to illegally cross the roads. The artist focuses on one of the larger Ljubljana roundabouts, which is adorned with flower arrangements and ornamental shrubs. With the gesture of moving benches and trash cans inside the roundabout, the artist complements the plant scenography with functiona...
